Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

2. Shipping Time

Delivery time depends on your location and the product ordered.
Domestic Orders (within India): Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days after dispatch.
International Orders (if applicable): Estimated delivery within 10–20 business days, depending on customs clearance and local courier policies.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., weather, courier delays, or customs inspections).

3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional small fee may apply.
Any customs duties or taxes for international orders must be paid by the customer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking ID and link to track your package’s progress online.

5. Delays and Lost Packages

If your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at rajpurohitmahaveer108@gmail.com with your order details. We’ll investigate and help you resolve the issue as soon as possible.

6. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete.
Zeaye is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned due to a wrong address, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
